All scouts will be given their own territory to recruit and evaluate student athletes. For example, let’s say you live in Cleveland, Ohio.
Your territory and your title would be, “Recruiting Director, Northeast Ohio”.
Your territory will be exclusive to you, but there could become a situation or circumstance where things can change where we may need to add a second or third recruiting director in that territory.
Territories that have more than 100 high schools are considered a very large territory and may need to be broken up to where we have multiple scouts or recruiting directors covering those high schools.
Territories are very important and, for those scouts who have demonstrated that they are superstars, they can have an entire territory exclusively.
