In 1975, Walter Payton’s lifelong dream became a reality when he was selected fourth overall by the Chicago Bears in the NFL Draft.

Throughout his illustrious 13-year career with the Bears, Payton amassed a plethora of accolades, including nine Pro Bowl selections, two NFL MVP awards, and a Super Bowl championship in 1985.
