Mackenzie Hilterbran, a 5’11” guard/forward from the class of 2027, is making waves in the high school basketball scene. 

Attending Rouse High School and boasting an impressive 4.2 GPA, Mackenzie’s discipline and work ethic extend far beyond the classroom. 

On the court, she plays for Phoenix 16U Gold, one of the top AAU basketball programs in the country, where her skill set has been refined and honed by excellent coaching.

Mackenzie’s shooting ability is her most dangerous weapon. 

She can knock down three-pointers from anywhere on the court with deadly accuracy. 

Defenders must guard her aggressively, as even the slightest space will allow her to drain a shot from deep. 

Her mid-range game is equally impressive, making her a versatile scoring threat. 

With her combination of size, athleticism, strength, and quickness, Mackenzie is nearly unstoppable in the mid-range, and she can easily drive to the basket, finishing through contact with ease.

Defensively, Mackenzie is relentless!! 

Her hustle and intensity on both ends of the floor ignite her team, and she’s a force to be reckoned with when it comes to steals, blocks, and rebounding. 

Her high basketball IQ is evident in her decision-making—she sees the floor well, makes sharp passes, and rarely turns the ball over. 

Mackenzie is a coach’s dream, possessing a maturity and understanding of the game beyond her years. 

As she continues to develop, her potential is limitless, and she is unquestionably a player that college programs should be monitoring closely.
