• Scouting reports are typically completed within 7 to 10 business days.

   

• Reports are published on X (formerly Twitter) for maximum visibility.
• On rare occasions, delays may occur due to insufficient video, information, or resources provided. We will communicate if additional time is required.

3. Refund Policy

• Once a scouting report is published, all sales are final.

   

• While refunds are not offered, we guarantee that every report receives our 110% effort and delivers powerful exposure for the athlete.
• Corrections to factual or typographical errors will always be made promptly.

4. Professional Standards

• Our scouting reports are intended for use by college coaches, recruiters, and programs.

   

• We strongly discourage parents or others from writing their own scouting reports, as this can harm the athlete’s credibility and recruiting opportunities.
