Recruiting services play an important role in helping high school student-athletes navigate the college recruiting process. 

Every year, thousands of athletes and families seek guidance from experienced professionals who understand the challenges and opportunities involved in earning college athletic opportunities.

My mission is simple: help recruiting services grow their businesses, enroll more student-athletes, and establish trusted reputations within the sports community. 

Unfortunately, some recruiting services have faced criticism over the years due to poor practices by a small number of organizations. 

I believe it is time to change that perception through professionalism, education, and proven strategies.

Since entering the recruiting industry in 1989, I have gained valuable experience as an athlete, scout, recruiter, and business owner. My background includes:

• Playing high school basketball at Bayside High School in Virginia Beach, Virginia
• Competing at West Virginia State College
• Playing professional basketball in Buenos Aires, Argentina
• Decades of evaluating athletes and studying game film

Today, I am focused on teaching others what I have learned. 

Through newsletters, educational content, and business strategies, I help recruiting professionals better serve athletes and their families while building successful organizations.
