Once upon a time, standardized tests were necessary. Now, I believe these types of tests are outdated and the system is broken. 

Only the privileged who live in the affluent suburbs are benefiting greatly from these tests.

Student-athletes who attend school systems in underprivileged neighborhoods are being crushed by these outdated tests.

I think it’s time to do away with the standardized tests and come up with a different system altogether.
