Sheridan is ready to lead by example, in the classroom as well as on the court. During the 2016-2017 season, her team finished 31-7 and lost in the semi-finals of the 2016-17 UIL Girls State Basketball Championships – 6A State tournament If you know anything about their tournament, you have to win a lot of games to make it that far. As you will see below in her video, she can hold her own. Here is what Sheridan ( your next student-athlete) has to say to you, coach.
I am a hard working and dedicated player. I’m a team player, unselfish with the ball, playing solid defense and I’m very coachable. I’m a good 3 point and mid-range shooter and an excellent free-throw shooter. I received Academic All-District and I take my academics seriously.
I would like to have the opportunity to play at a higher level and continue playing the sport I love.
My teammates would describe me as a good shooter, team player, competitive and fun to be around.
I had my best game this summer with my AAU team (AD Elite) where I scored 27 pts. I had 8 consecutive 3’s and played solid defense. We won the game by double digits.
I would like to attend a school that can provide me with a quality education while being able to play basketball.
