John Bullock and Domonta Jones say that they didn’t sexually assault a woman with a live snake. Instead, they said, the sex was consensual.
And the snake? Quite real, evidently.

Pete Carroll might be gone from his cushy college gig and upset over sanctions against USC, but that doesn’t mean he suddenly has an aversion to wacky antics. A video started going viral today of some of Carroll’s players getting spooked by a fake snake in a Gatorade cooler, and when you watch, it’ll be easy to see why everyone went crazy for it.
Carroll tweeted about the prank earlier today, and linked to a writeup on seahawks.com explaining its origins. It seems the Seahawks’ equipment staff was responsible, after getting the idea – and the fake snake to carry it out – from the Packers’ equipment staff, which previously turned the trick. (The Packers must be kicking themselves over not filming the reactions.)
Carroll himself was among the prank’s victims, and they all reacted exactly like you’d predict – with screams of terror, occasional curses, and by jumping/running away. See for yourself (slightly NSFW) below – we’re especially fond of the mashup with other “snakes in pop culture” moments, including Samuel L. Jackson’s infamously-edited-for-TV rant from Snakes on a Plane.
