The Nike Trainer 1 training shoe is inspired by the popular Nike Air Trainers worn by world-class athletes Bo Jackson and John McEnroe, who ignited the athletic training shoe boom 20 years ago. The Nike Trainer 1 is designed to provide today’s athletes with lightweight comfort and support as they prepare for competition.

This is an outstanding athletic training shoe. I believe it has a huge benefit for high school student athletes who are looking to improve their athletic ability. Student athletes across the country are looking for ways to get better so they can attract the attention of college programs.
