U.S. mid-term elections are behind us now (happily or unhappily depending on your politics) and perhaps my mailbox will actually be empty for a week or so before the pre-Christmas gluttony starts into full swing….But on to more important matters…
Major League Soccer playoffs are in full swing with games getting national TV coverage all weekend long starting tomorrow. The UEFA Champions League wrapped another week of matches today as well. NBA has started its regular season amid the LeBron hoopla, yet doesn’t seem to be getting as much attention as “the announcement” did. The BCS computer still doesn’t really seem to know what to do with TCU and Boise State.
