I played several youth sports growing up; baseball, football, volleyball and even got into rock climbing for a few years. Although I was an athletic teenager I never had the opportunity to attend college because of our financial situation. This is one of the main reasons why I want to help student athletes fulfill their dreams of playing in college. I feel that nobody should have to give up their dream because of money.
When my oldest son started playing soccer at the age of 5, I could already see how much he really enjoyed it so I got involved and taught myself the game. Fast forward 13 years…..
I have been actively coaching soccer for the last 13 years and have spent 11 years on our league’s board of directors (the last three as president). I coached players from U6 through high school, seniors in the fall, winter and spring. I’ve been an assistant coach for three youth teams winning division one league titles and made three appearances in the Massachusetts Tournament of Champions.
I have also volunteered my time the last few years filming all of our high school varsity games to give these players an opportunity at creating great highlight videos for college recruitment. I am willing to do whatever it takes to help these student athletes fulfill their dreams!
