Kenzie Board Shines On Both Ends Of The Court

Kenzie Board, a 5’9 guard from Rocky Mount, Virginia, is emerging as one of the top basketball talents in the Class of 2026.

She plays AAU basketball for FBC Carolina Elite Phoenix VA and attends Carlisle High School, where she continues to develop as a versatile and dynamic player.

With a 3.5 GPA, Kenzie demonstrates the same level of dedication in the classroom as she does on the court.

Her offensive skill set is multifaceted and constantly improving.

Kenzie has made significant strides in her shooting, particularly her mid-range jumper, which adds another dimension to her game.

While her outside shot is already a major strength, consistently knocking down three-pointers from deep, her ability to drive to the basket and finish through contact is what sets her apart.

Kenzie attacks the rim with confidence and aggression, showcasing her athleticism and fearlessness in taking on defenders.

On defense, Kenzie has a “killer instinct,” locking down her opponents with quick hands, solid footwork, and relentless pressure.

She creates havoc through deflections, blocks, and hustle plays that often lead to transition scoring opportunities for her team.

Her high basketball IQ means she rarely makes mistakes and consistently makes smart decisions, whether she’s distributing the ball to teammates or creating her own shot.

Kenzie’s quickness, ball-handling skills, and ability to lead the fast break make her a true floor general.

Her versatility and dedication to improvement will undoubtedly make her a key player at the next level, where college coaches should keep her firmly on their radar.
