College Scout: Georgetown, Texas
I consider it a great privilege and honor to be a College Scout on the Woods Recruiting Team. I look forward to working with and mentoring student athletes and their families as we work to achieve their college goals.
Growing up in New York and Puerto Rico, I had the opportunity to meet many great players and coaches in the game of baseball. From there I attended and played for the Miami Hurricanes for three years. After being drafted by the Atlanta Braves, I spent four years in the minor leagues playing for both the Braves and Rangers. I pitched for the Rangers for two years before I suffered a career-ending injury.
I have continued to stay a part of the game by coaching select ball for the past 16 years, as well as working as a private instructor and trainer.
I want to be able to make a difference and help hard-working student athletes get exposure and understand the process.
