Alexander Payne is a name you need to know in the class of 2018. A powerfully built workout warrior who punishes his defenders on point of contact. His combination of dominating physical strength and speed allowed him to average 10.73 yards per carry in the 2016 season.

A hard working, very coachable student athlete who runs powerful and finishes off his runs falling forward. Alexander also has the speed to beat defensive backs around corners or to the end zone. He uses his low center of gravity and superb lateral quickness to make defenders miss in the hole. He stays on balance with his lower body strength and continues to run through contact.

The 2018 product will take on a much larger role out of the backfield in 2017. Alexander is a versatile player who also has exceptional return skills on special teams and can play linebacker when called upon as well.

Alexander is a focused young man as you can see by his 3.38 GPA. He will be taking his college entrance exams in the summer of 2017. He will also be participating in several regional camps and showcases in the Phoenix area. He will continue working to bring up his GPA and performing in crossfit competitions.
