Shopping online at Eastbay is perfect for me

I’m a college recruiter and I spend all day writing about high school student athletes and information on how to get recruited for college so I have a very full schedule and the last thing I have time for is to go out and shop at a sporting goods store for athletic gear.  Don’t get me wrong, I love to shop for gear but my schedule is extremely hectic with blog posts, writing all day, working on my book and many of the projects so shopping on the Eastbay website works perfect for me.

Eastbay offers a huge listing of athletic gear and it’s easy for me to sit at my computer and order up athletic shoes and gear.  Sometimes there are problems shopping at sporting goods stores so why not do it on the Eastbay website where it’s more convenient? I can take my time and browse all the shoes at great low prices.

Shopping on the Eastbay website makes my life as a college recruiter and blogger that much easier.  I will always be a shopper on the Eastbay website.

Basketball Recruiting Tips by Brian Schofield

I was reading an outstanding blog posted today by Brian Schofield and he really touched upon some outstanding tips on how to get recruited for college.  His perspective is based on personal experience.  In my opinion, the college recruiting process is extremely challenging an requires a huge amount of effort to make it work.

I was sitting in my American History class my sophomore year in high school. I remember it like it was yesterday. My basketball coach walked into class and handed a piece of mail to the teacher. She walked over to me and with a big smile and handed me a large envelope with the words University of California at Berkeley on it. It was one of the best feelings I had ever had up to that point in my life. It was incredible. I got many letters, phone calls and visits over the next few years before I finally decided where to attend college. That period of time is something that I will never forget and wish for everyone interested in improving themselves enough to play at any collegiate level.

Eastbay Athletic Gear

I’ve been a huge fan of Eastbay and the outstanding athletic shoes, gear and products for more than 15 years. I always shop at the website for my athletic shoes, generally purchasing 4 or 5 pairs of running shoes. I can always find my size and a variety of other athletic gear.

For me, Eastbay always has great prices. Sure, I could go to the local sporting goods store and shop around and maybe find one pair that I really like however, most of the time these types of stores would be out of what I really wanted. Shopping online has been more convenient for me instead of having to run around to two or three different sporting goods stores looking for something that they don’t have.

Woods Recruiting opinion on Se’ Von Pittman:

I think Se’ Von Pittman would be good fit at Penn State maybe Ohio State.

Is this high school football player the real deal out there on the football field or is he just another player looking to fit in?

Do you think Se’ Von Pittman is a major college recruit? Do you think this young man has the skills, the talent and the ability to compete at the major college level?

The NCAA Tournament

The college basketball tournament is what college basketball is all about.  Good teams, average teams and great teams make the tournament and all have a chance to advance.

Everyone knows about the major college programs but it’s also good to see the lesser known programs win ballgames as well.  I talk about recruiting all the time on this blog because that’s what I do.

Every high school athlete who plays basketball and has a certain level of talent all dream of their chance of playing in the March Madness Tournament.

Why not? Millions of people will be watching and you can have a chance to win the game for your team.  This is an extremely exciting time for basketball fans everywhere.
