Montreal Canadiens general manager Pierre Gauthier told the Montreal Gazette that he was talking to several different teams about making a trade prior to acquiring James Wisniewski from the New York Islanders earlier this week. Seemingly once a week this load young Buccaneers team has a rookie nominated for Pepsi’s Rookie of the Week, Mike Williams, LeGarrette Blount and Arrelious Benn have all been nominated, but despite about 10 collective chances, none has won. This week, LeGarrette Blount and Josh Freeman are nominated for a bigger honor, the Fed Ex Air and Ground players of the week.
