We get to know NHL players with some quick questions. Today we meet San Jose Sharks forward Ryan Clowe.
What are your earliest hockey memories?
When I was about 6ish, my mom wanted me to take part in hockey. I didn’t like it. When I first started, I couldn’t skate. It was so frustrating. But I stuck with it. I remember being about 10 and my dad taking me on a road trip to Montreal to see a game.
What’s the best part of playing in the NHL?
Obviously, the best part is that you’ve achieved your dream, the dream to play in the NHL. And also the camaraderie and the friends you meet, you become so tight. It’s such a special bond.
The worst part?
How can there be a worst part? We fly charter, we stay in nice hotels. We can’t whine.
